The existing, outdated r-panel metal roof needed a complete replacement — a temporary fix wouldn’t be enough. A new system that needed minimal maintenance would be more beneficial to the client than a metal roof replacement. Operations had to remain uninterrupted.
We installed a custom-fitted PVC Duro-Last system over the existing roof, keeping costs and installation time to a minimum. We mechanically fastened the system into place, heat-welding all seams and overlaps for a long-lasting watertight seal.
An ongoing expense for roof maintenance was eliminated due to the new roofing system and warranty. This valued client continues to be a Salazar Roofing partner.
