An improper installation by another company led to tile shingles falling off the roof over the main entrance. The client needed costs to be kept low and business had to remain uninterrupted.
We developed custom plans for the project that covered process, safety, and cost mitigation. We removed the tiles and coated the roof with a protective, waterproof layer designed for tile roofs. We re-fastened the original tiles to the roof with strong, weather-resistant anchors. Reusing the existing shingles kept costs low, while Salazar’s proper techniques and materials ensured the client would have a strong roof for years to come.
