Several attempts by other companies to stop constant leaks weren’t just ineffective; they created additional issues. The main entrance had to remain open to provide access to the hospital, despite potential safety concerns.
We designed and built a custom barrier to stop debris from falling off the roof so visitors and staff could enter safely. We followed strict health, safety, and waste removal procedures to keep everyone in the hospital safe. We repaired every leak and replaced the outdated roof with the highest quality GAF TPO.
Without closing the entrance or interrupting operations, we repaired every leak and installed a new system. Their secure, water-tight roof is still working hard today.
