Each of the complex’s 31 homes had extensive issues caused by another roofing company. Materials had to be safely loaded and unloaded to and from roofs with limited access. Our team needed to be in constant communication with almost 100 homeowners throughout the process.
We reflashed all roof fixtures to fix leaking across the complex, and completely replaced many roofs. All homeowners received thorough communication and updates from our team to limit the project’s impact on their routines and keep the sites safe.
All problems were remedied and new roofs were installed. The homeowners and condo association board members continue to use Salazar.
