This condominium complex had 31 roofs, all with extensive issues. Our challenges were clear: create a proactive communication plan for nearly 100 homeowners, correct issues created by another roofing company, safely unload debris and load materials on limited-access roofs.
Although half of the structures had new roofs, every single chimney, wall, skylight, and valley had to be reflashed – including those with roofing less than a year old. After evaluation, we installed new roofs as warranted. Homeowners received thorough communication.
All problems were remedied and new roofs were installed. The homeowners and condo association board members continue to use Salazar.
