In May, 2010, our church was hit by the hailstorm that came roaring through the OKC metro area. Our insurance company determined our roof needed to be replaced. Our church structure is metal, with a large, blue metal roof that has unique architectural features.
We asked four companies to submit bids, including Salazar Roofing and Construction. Michael Salazar met with me and immediately impressed me with his knowledge of our roof, including the steel manufacturer who had made the first roof. I was very pleased his company gave us the best quote and we selected them to do the work.
The roof was done in shorter time than estimated. We are very pleased with the results. While we hope we never have to replace this roof again, we would definitely not hesitate to use Salazar if we needed to do so. I'm confident anyone would be pleased with the professional and excellent manner in which they did our project.

| wanted to express my thanks for the positive experience I had dealing with your company. Not many people can say that replacing a roof is the first thing on their wish list. However, my roof was damaged in the 2009 hail storm that hit Lawton and getting it repaired very high on my list. I had been led to believe by my agent that the insurance company would not help because of the age of the roof, so I had not filed a claim. I had been saving money for the past two years hoping to have enough to, cover the cost of replacement.
Your representative, John Mask, came to my home and examined the roof and gave me an estimate for the repairs. Because of his background in insurance he agreed to look at my insurance policy and encouraged me to file a claim. I called immediately after he left my home and had an adjuster out within an hour, John came back to meet with him and they walked over roof together. I was impressed with his effort to helping especially since the weather was beginning to deteriorate because of the approach of a winter storm. The adjuster filed the paperwork that afternoon and I received a check two days later.
On Monday, February 14 a crew arrived at my home and began the process of stripping off the old shingles. They worked quickly and efficiently. The job took two days to complete and looks great. Their clean-up was very thorough. I don't know their names, but please let them know how much I appreciate their excellent work.

Our homeowner's association, along with 100% of its residents, experienced complete replacement of all one hundred seventy seven (I77) roofs that were damaged by the May 10, 2010, The complete replacement was based on insurance adjustor inspections and settlements from more than nine (9) different insurance companies. The re-roofing effort began within two days.
Salazar Roofing interviewed in excess of seventy five (75) of our residents and was awarded contracts to re-roof more than fifty (50) of these homes. Along with re-roofing needs, Salazar addressed replacement, where needed, of guttering, downspouts, siding, and other storm related damage. All of this work was accomplished in a timely and professional manor. The HOA, and its homeowners, experienced a smooth transition from contract to completion of work. Without exception, our residents are collectively satisfied with the work and performance of Salazar's labor crews.
Our satisfaction with Salazar's performance is due in,large part to the efforts of Mr. Pete Verdicchio. Mr. Verdicchio acted as the sales and work performance oversight liaison between Salazar, and the HOA and our residents. He had a visible, on-going, and constant presence during the months taken to complete the reproofing work. The HOA would highly recommend, without exception, Salazar Roofing and Mr. Verdicchio to anyone in need of storm recovery services.
